Our fitness class takes you through a fighter’s workout. We will warm you up with shadowboxing, stretch you out, and then you will put on hand wraps and boxing gloves to pound and kick our heavy bags to motivating jamming music. Every time you hit the bag, you will be building leaner muscles and burning massive amounts of calories (FAT). You will reduce stress, tone up the body, burn about 800 calories, and most of all, you will have fun doing it!
